Przedstawiona w ofercie cena będzie ceną licytowaną podczas etapu negocjacji, w formie aukcji elektronicznej na Platformie Zakupowej.
Aukcje elektroniczne prowadzone na Platformie zakupowej nie są aukcjami w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego.
Wszelka korespondencja i wymiana informacji dotycząca postępowania powinna się odbywać za pośrednictwem Platformy Zakupowej Grupy Azoty. W szczególności, Zamawiający nie będzie udzielał ustnych i telefonicznych informacji, wyjaśnień czy odpowiedzi na zapytania w sprawach wymagających zachowania pisemności postępowania.
