Enquiry contents:

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonywanie kompleksowej usługi w okresie od 01.07.2026 r. do 30.06.2028r., obejmującej:
1.sukcesywne dostawy na bazie DDP (wg Incoterms 2020) do Grupy Azoty Kędzierzyn gazu propan-butan do napędu wózków widłowych, w butlach 11 kilogramowych (butle aluminiowe lub wewnętrznie zabezpieczone powłoką antykorozyjną), w ilości szacunkowej około 11.000 szt. (dostawy będą się odbywać do miejsc wskazanych na terenie Zamawiającego, z równoczesnym odbiorem pustych butli),
2.nieodpłatne przekazanie w użytkowanie Zamawiającemu stelaży na butle, zawierających szczegółowy opis zasad BHP, w ilościach uzgodnionych z Zamawiającym,
3. nieodpłatne przekazanie w użytkowanie Zamawiającemu filtrów gazowych, w ilościach uzgodnionych z Zamawiającym.

Zamawiający:
- nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych,
- nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych.
