Please, find our inquiry concerning the purchase of 2-methylcyclohexyl acetate. You are requested to submit a firm proposal, without commitment for us, based on the following terms and conditions:

5. Proposed terms of payment:
After delivery of the goods within 45 days from the date of Invoice.
Having received the invoice the payments will be done according to contract payment terms with the following exception:
if the payment due date is different thanFriday, the payment will be transferred on the nextFriday, following the due date
6. Validity of proposal:
The proposal should be valid one month
7. The Purchaser shall have the right to freely choose the offer or part of the offer; not to accept any offer; cancellation of Inquiry for the purchase or to withdraw from it without giving reasons, as well as conduct negotiations with selected bidders.
8. This procedure is not carried out under the Act "Public Procurement Law"
9. Effectiveness of the proposal:
The acceptance of the proposal requires our confirmation in the form of a statement, the contract or agreement signed by authorized persons. Otherwise, the proposal is considered to be not accepted.
